Software Engineer

We are a team of specialists who rely on initiative, passionate about operating systems, computer architecture, object oriented analysis and design, problem solving and algorithms, expressed in languages like C, C++ and C#.

Our projects imply building expertise on areas like: graphical or text editors, compilers, linkers, code generation for Intel and ARM architectures, general purpose and real-time operating systems, communication protocols and paradigms, remote execution. If at least some of these resonate with you, then you are welcome to join us.

We are looking for Software Engineers who are passionate about working on groundbreaking products and challenging projects developed in coordination with R&D international teams spanning the globe from Austin, Texas to Shanghai, China. The ideal candidates are the developers who like to stretch their limits and learn something new with every feature they implement. General Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of software development using any OO programming language or ANSI C.
  • Ability to work effectively in a group development environment
  • Qualities of persistence and initiative
  • Ability to communicate effectively

 

Qualifications:

    • Degree in Computer Science, Control Engineering, Electronics or related fields.

       

        Technical Requirements:

          Thorough knowledge of one of the following:
          • C/C++
          • C#
          • Any other OOP language
          Additionally, it is advantageous to have knowledge of:
          • OOAD, OOP, Design Patterns
          • Multithreading, Optimization Techniques, Debugging, Unit testing
          • .NET Framework 4.0
          • WPF

                Required Qualifications:

                  • Graduates in Computer Science, Control Engineering, Electronics or related fields..

                     

                    Responsibilities

                        • Perform research as required to specify and develop your product, or to define new ones
                        • Specify, design, implement, and test software features and capabilities for new and existing products
                        • Review the documentation for the product
                        • Diagnose and debug problems with your product or interactions with other NI products
