Have you been working on a particularly innovative project recently using National Instruments products? We would be interesting in hearing that solution. Use this opportunity to be a speaker at the NIDays 2017 Conference in Bucharest on 24 October and present your project in front of a wide audience of leading engineers and scientists across a spectrum of industries.
Submit your most innovative project to the NI Engineering Impact Awards – the technical paper contest that showcases the most innovative uses of Virtual Instrumentation and Graphical System Design.
Please note, that categories are overlapping, therefore you are free to choose the one that best fits your application in your opinion.
To take part as a presenter in our event, please fill out the form online.
The abstract should describe the topic of your presentation, highlighting the specific advantages of NI products used, and a summary of the content. For the first time, you also have the possibility to submit your abstract for the whole Central and Eastern European region with just one submission!
A panel of NI technical experts will review and judge the applications according to the following criteria:
1. How technically challenging is the solution?
2. Are the benefits of adopting a graphical system design approach clearly articulated?
3. Is the solution innovative, timesaving and/or cost-effective?
4. Is the solution an excellent example of graphical system design?
The authors of the selected solutions in all categories in each country will have the opportunity to present their paper at NIDays 2017. Further instruction how to prepare the final paper will be sent to selected authors.
